Le trio Shagong s\u2019est cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2017, avec Sylvie Pauliet (saxophone) et Antoine Reynaud (percussions, chant), autour d\u2019un r\u00e9pertoire de compositions Instrumentales et chant\u00e9es de Gilles Orliaguet (chant, guitare).<\/p>

D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, l\u2019univers de Shagong s\u2019annonce voyageur, d\u00e9rivant de l\u2019Afrique mandingue vers le Cap-Vert et le Br\u00e9sil. Les textes autant que la musique font appel aux couleurs chatoyantes et \u00e0 la danse chaloup\u00e9e.<\/p>

Les chansons en fran\u00e7ais, Bambara (malien), portugais, puisent dans une musique de mondes ensoleill\u00e9s et fraternels, o\u00f9 l\u2019improvisation est reine (sax, percussions).<\/p>

Le trio se transforme en 2022 avec le d\u00e9part de Sylvie Pauliet, et l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019Eric Duboscq, bassiste bien connu pour son jeu groovy et sa culture des musiques du monde.<\/p>

L\u2019univers Shagong dessine peu \u00e0 peu les contours de chansons du monde, loin des fronti\u00e8res de l\u2019hexagone, au plus pr\u00e8s des voix et des rythmes syncop\u00e9s.<\/p>

En 2024, le trio se lance dans la cr\u00e9ation de \u00ab TAAMA \u00bb, conte musical relatant le r\u00e9cit aventureux des 3 amis musiciens, au gr\u00e8s de leur odyss\u00e9e nomade.<\/p>

Les tableaux visuels, mis en sc\u00e8ne par J\u00e9r\u00f4me Martin, se m\u00ealent au son, sur sc\u00e8ne comme dans les clips du trio, \u00e0 \u00e9couter- voir sur Youtube et autres plateformes de diffusion.<\/p>
